Rehan Hasan is in a unique position when it comes to helping new Colorado business owners and entrepreneurs choose and establish legal entities.

As an independent business law attorney specializing Business/Corporate law (which includes business and entity selection and formation such as LLCs, LLPs, and C-Corps), Tax law, and Securities & Corporate Finance law, Hasan has had to face many of the same business challenges that his entrepreneur-clients have.

On August 19th, Hasan shared this unique experience with the Colorado Bar Association by way of a Continuing Legal Education seminar called “Hanging Your Shingle.”

“It’s important to remember,” Hasan told the class, “that starting your own law firm *is* starting a business. Things like entity creation, contracts with parters, leases… they all apply to law firms, too.”
